En la Salina de Bonneville se puede escuchar a lo lejos el rugido de un motor. Al volante está Ícaro, un chimpancé empeñado en superar cualquier límite de velocidad.
Abordo de míticos vehículos cada cual más potente, Ícaro intentará alcanzar la velocidad de 400 Mph, pensada como imposible para cualquier automóvil terrestre.
Pero cuando Ícaro alcance el cielo, ¿triunfará o será consumido por su misión suicida?
