La película es una especie de biografía narrada en primera persona sobre la calle Aurora. Como toda calle en el centro de la ciudad de São Paulo, Aurora es un personaje de hormigón que es testigo del crecimiento de la ciudad. Su entendimiento acerca del tiempo y de la vida es diferente al nuestro, y sus ideas y sus sentimientos acerca de las personas cambian con el tiempo. Si en su juventud todo lo que deseaba era convertirse en una avenida elegante en donde circularan los coches, ahora echa de menos ser un río y sentirse infinita. Este deambular en la calle durante un día lluvioso nos lleva a conocer a un personaje que habla de su historia, pero también de la historia de la ciudad.

The film narrates in first person the biography of a street called Aurora. Like any street in the old center of São Paulo, Aurora is a concrete witness of the growing city. Her understanding of the time and life is different from ours, and her ideas and feelings about people change as time goes by. If in his «youth» all she wanted was to become an elegant avenue for the cars to pass, now she misses being a river and feeling infinite. From the ramblings of the street on a rainy day, we are taken to meet a character visiting her history and the history of the city.

La música del dúo formado por Fernando Junquera y Juanvi Fortea navega por aguas tranquilas, pero, a la vez, inquietantes. Un diálogo entre guitarra y teclados que genera densas corrientes oníricas que emparentan con el imaginario de David Lynch en su opera prima, Eraserhead. Una comunión perfecta de universos paralelos que se entremezclan con sutileza y elegancia y que encajan a la perfección con estos adjetivos: rara, bella y perturbadora.
Sinopsis: Henry Spencer, un joven depresivo y asustadizo, sufre desde pequeño unas extrañas pesadillas de las que intenta liberarse a través de su imaginación. Un día, su amiga Mary lo invita a cenar a casa; se entera entonces de que ha sido padre de un bebé prematuro e inhumano. Mary y el extraño bebé se instalan en casa de Henry, donde un escenario iluminado tras el radiador muestra la presencia de una mujer.

The music of Fernando Junquera and Juanvi Fortea’s duo sails through calm and disturbing waters at the same time. It is a dialogue between guitar and keyboards that invites us to have dense dream-currents related to David Lynch’s imagination in his first film “Eraserhead.” It is a subtle and elegant communion of parallel universes that intermingles perfectly with these adjectives: rare, beautiful and disturbing.
Synopsis: Henry Spencer–a depressed and frightened young man, suffers from strange nightmares from which he tries to free himself through his imagination. One day, his friend Mary invites him to dinner at home where he realizes that he has been father of a premature and inhuman baby. Mary and the strange baby settle in Henry’s house, where an illuminated stage behind the radiator shows the presence of a woman.
